Change Patterns You Can’t Think Your Way Out Of
You don’t have to explain everything perfectly or have the answers before we begin. We start by understanding what is happening, why certain patterns keep repeating, and what it would take to respond differently

Therapy For Women
Make space for yourself
You may be managing work, family, and everyone else’s needs while feeling anxious or emotionally drained. As an anxiety therapist and licensed psychologist, I work specifically with women carrying perfectionism, responsibility, and emotional exhaustion.
Together, we explore what is beneath the pressure so you can feel more grounded and trust yourself again.

Relational Therapy
Understand the patterns in your relationships
Through therapy for relationship issues, we look at the patterns, emotions, and dynamics shaping what you are experiencing. We explore how you connect, communicate, set boundaries, and respond to conflict.
Note: Many of my clients are searching for divorce therapy, so it’s important to mention that this is NOT couples therapy. We’ll work one-on-one to build tools that support you through relationship uncertainty, separation, divorce, co-parenting, or the decision to stay or leave.

Trauma and Life Transition Therapy
Find stability through change
Trauma, loss, relocation, career changes, and other major transitions can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure of what comes next. As a therapist for life transitions, I help you make sense of what has changed and reconnect with your sense of direction.
Reconnect With Yourself, Build Healthier Relationships, And Make Choices From Clarity
Being there always made me feel like this was the life they lived —and that I would end up living the same life forever. But yesterday was the first holiday when I realized:
I’m not going to live that way. I already don’t.
And what surprised me most was that it wasn’t anger anymore.
In the past, I would get upset about having ‘these kinds of relatives.’ This time, it felt different. Softer. Kinder. I realized I truly love them exactly as they are. And I can still choose my own life.”
For several years, I was afraid of myself because I felt almost nothing. Nothing truly inspired me — there was no deep sense of warmth or inner joy.
After our sessions, I feel like myself again — alive, present, and able to experience my emotions fully. This feeling of being truly alive brings me so much relief and happiness.”
“I came into this work simply wanting to get myself together, start functioning again, and begin sending out resumes. Within two months, I found a job. Clear, focused, effective. Thank you.”
For your grounded presence.
For your quiet strength and wisdom.
For the way you listen — not just to my words, but to what is happening underneath them.
For the questions you ask at exactly the right moment.
For the reflections that feel precise, thoughtful, and incredibly attuned.
Sometimes you say just one simple sentence — and I find myself carrying it with me for the rest of the day, realizing how perfectly timed it was. There is something profoundly regulating about being met with that level of presence.”

My Approach
therapy that makes rooms for the whole you
I know what it is like to reach a point where simply pulling yourself together is no longer enough. During my own divorce, therapy became an essential source of support. It helped me move through the uncertainty, hear my own voice again, and build tools that stayed with me long after each session ended.
That experience shaped the way I work today. As a licensed psychologist, I begin with psychological knowledge, nervous system awareness, and an understanding of how past experiences affect the present. I also believe science and spiritual exploration can complement one another when approached with care and discernment, which led me to become a certified Akashic Records practitioner and teacher.
You do not need to know exactly where to begin. We will start by talking about what you are experiencing and decide together what kind of support would be most helpful. I look forward to meeting with you!
How It Works
Tell me a little about what you are experiencing and the kind of therapy you’re looking for.
Schedule a full 60-minute session at a time that works for you. We’ll start working on what brings you in from the very first session.
After your first session, you can decide whether you’d like to continue working together. If so, choose the consultation package that best fits your needs.
Through ongoing sessions, we’ll explore what is beneath the patterns, build practical tools, and help you feel more supported in yourself and your daily life.
What types of trauma do you work with?
As a trauma therapist, I work with clients navigating a wide range of experiences- attachment wounds from childhood, relational trauma, the impact of divorce or separation, and generational trauma passed down through family patterns. Trauma counseling isn’t only about a single event, but rather the ongoing patterns your nervous system has learned to hold. We take time to understand what you’ve carried and how it continues to show up in your relationships and life. Together, we make sense of what you’ve carried and work toward responding in ways that feel more your own.
Can therapy help with anxiety and relationship challenges?
Yes, I often see how anxiety and relationship patterns are connected. Feeling anxious can affect how you communicate, set boundaries, or trust the people close to you- and relationship stress can, in turn, keep anxiety activated. We look at both together so the tools you gather through our sessions support you in your daily life.
I am not sure I want to be in this relationship; can we still do relational therapy?
Absolutely. Relational therapy with me is one-on-one, not couples counseling, so this work is entirely about you- your patterns, needs, and clarity. Whether you’re trying to decide whether to stay or leave in a relationship, working through a separation, or navigating co-parenting, we work together to find support, regardless of what you ultimately choose for the relationship.
How does attachment therapy come into your practice?
Attachment patterns are an important part of my work because they can help us understand how you relate to others — including fears of abandonment, difficulty trusting, the need for control, or patterns of pulling away when relationships feel unsafe. Exploring your attachment style can offer insight into why certain relationship dynamics keep repeating, while also helping us understand the experiences underneath them. From there, we work toward building more secure and intentional ways of connecting with others.
Is online trauma therapy actually effective?
Yes. Online trauma therapy allows us to do the same depth of work as in-person sessions, with the added benefit of meeting from a space where you already feel comfortable and safe. Research continues to support telehealth as an effective format for trauma-focused work, and many clients find that being in their own environment makes it easier to open up.
What should I expect during my first therapy session?
We start working from the very first session. We’ll talk about what is happening in your life right now, but we won’t spend the entire session simply gathering information or going through your history. We’ll focus on what brings you in, begin making sense of what is underneath it, and work with what is already showing up in the room. You don’t need to have everything figured out or explain it perfectly — we start wherever you are.
What makes your approach to therapy different from others?
I don’t believe in surface-level advice or one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach as a therapist for life transitions and generational patterns considers your mind, body, nervous system, relationships, and family history all together, rather than treating your symptoms in isolation. I also bring in Akashic Records work for clients who are interested in combining psychological depth with spiritual exploration, though this is always optional.
Does my partner need to be in session if I am seeking therapy for relationship issues?
No — my work with relationship issues is individual, not couples therapy. Clients come to me with many different relationship concerns, including communication difficulties, boundaries, trust, recurring conflicts, changing needs, or simply wanting to understand themselves better within a relationship. I also support clients through separation and divorce therapy when a relationship is ending or changing. We work one-on-one to help you understand your patterns, communicate your needs more clearly, and make decisions that feel right for you.
